Job Title: Program and Marketing Coordinator, Full-time/Part-time TBD, based upon applicant qualifications

Location: Austin, TX

Theatre Action Project (TAP) is a team of professionally trained artists and educators that works in partnership with schools and communities to lead unique and engaging arts programs which allow young people to learn critical life skills, gain tools for creative expression and have successful experiences that build self-esteem and confidence.

We seek to hire an enthusiastic and creative team player to join our staff.

The primary responsibilities of the Program and Marketing Coordinator are to oversee the booking of all TAP in the Classroom and Summer Camp programs. This includes: booking programs at schools, coordinating actor-teacher schedules to coincide with school schedules, developing new relationships with schools and community organizations, cultivating current school and community partner relationships, creating marketing strategies, designing marketing material, managing program budgets.

Minimum of Bachelor's Degree required as well as 2+ years experience in related fields

Required Skills: knowledge and understanding of arts education, proficiency in Microsoft programs, experience using Adobe Creative Suite, strong communication skills
